Okay,these are the official Lan family members. We don't simple give those nicknames for fun. We give the nickname base on their characteristics :) Well,according to their ages,here we go....

Happy Birthday Joachim~!!

3rd of June 2009 Wednesday
6pm! Woohoo,time to dismiss the class,after telling my students goodbye,I walked into the car happily and drove home. We're planning to give Joachim a surprise birthday party. Kelvin told him that his mother has something to talk to Joachim,and ask Joachim to come to his house at 8pm.

Around 6.30pm,Kelvin fetched me to his house. Adeline,Jasmine and Penny were already there preparing stuff. I went there to help them out. We're kinda tired especially Jasmine and Adeline,but we were excited. Hahaaha. Adeline and Jasmine bought a lot of food for steamboat.


So,it's 8pm! Joachim was not there yet. We asked Kelvin to phone him.

FINALLY!The birthday OLD BOY was there. We peek him from upstairs. We saw him going into the apartment. Quickly all of us stood nearby the lift to give him a surprise.

"Ting" The lift opened.

"HEY JOACHIM!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!"

And he was like "huh!Wow!So many people!!!"

After greeted him,we couldn't hold any longer and started to eat. LoL.

The party was really fun. Everyone enjoyed their time. We can see Joachim was really touched and happy that we celebrated for him. But he didn't want to admit. We asked him if he was touched,he said "why should I feel touched? Just so so"
Eleh,si ai bin. We know him 1...Hahhaaa

31.05.09 Sunday

Wow,time does fly. It's the last day of May already. Suddenly, I received a call from Jasmine asking me out to Bed. Well,not the Bed that we sleep but it's a bistro at Pulau Tikus.

It's been a while since I enjoyed my time so much. First,we just order some juice and had some chat. Then,we started to play some poker cards. First,we play "chor dai dee". It was so so. I won just one or two games. Then,my friends order some beer to drink. After that,we played a game named "Heart Attack" + "Truth or Dare". The great time came,whoever lose must answer our questions or do something. LOL. Then,we girls went to the toilet,and after we came back,there's a Jack Daniel on the table! Wow,are they so high?Then,we continue our game and enjoy our drinks.
Well,I cannot reveal what we did that night and some of it are really disgusting. And the questions that asked by Micheal were disgusting too. You cannot imagine what he asked. Hahaa,we really had a lot of fun. Time really flies there. Suddenly it's 3am already! Wow,I really enjoy my time there.

Teacher's Day

29.05.09 Friday

Woohoo! Mid-term exam's finally over! And the day before the holiday,we celebrate our teachers' day! I should be feeling very happy and excited as the exam's over and the holiday is coming. I really look forward to this 2 weeks holiday =)

Early in the morning I started to take photos with people until the school ends. Well,I didnt really participate all the games.

Everything was fine and good until some stupid incident happen that some kids in my school want to have a fight over some really small matter. I really don't want to talk about it as it really spoils my mood. They are pathetic. Whatever. These are the photos that I took =)

Relay For Life

Sheen's Farewell

Well,my cousin Sheen will be leaving to Australia for her studies two days later. So,we make a farewell party for her at Penang Swimming Club. After dinner,my uncle came to fetch me. Then,we went to my aunty's house first to fetch my another cousin Xher Vin. We did really enjoy our time in the Penang Swimming Club. We sang some song in the karaoke room and we took a lot of photos. I can see that Sheen is kinda sad to leave us. Oh well,all the best to you cousin,hope you enjoy your time there. = )

Cooking!!!?

24th of May 2009 (Sunday)

I woke up late afternoon. Same as the usual Sundays,I had a simple lunch and spend my day "lazying" on the bed or in front of the computer. Then, I realise my aunty came to my house to cook dinner for us as my mom is not feeling well this few weeks. That is very kind of her.

As I was lazying on the couch watching television and my aunty was cooking,my dad told me "Hey,you better learn how to cook from your aunty" and I said "mai luan wa la" haha very rude of me I know. But after a while,I thought why should I waste my Sunday doing nothing? So, I went to my aunty and learn some cooking "kung fu" lol.

First,my aunty was cooking some-I-forget-it's-name meat. So I just helped her to fry it.

The second dishes was "chi huan chiow hu"(chilli fish) .she stuffed the chilli inside the fish,so I learnt how to stuff the chilli from her,and I managed to ask my uncle to take some photos for me lol

After that, we fried those fishes. The oils were really killing me. The last dishes was "char or gui tao". First,my aunty taught me how to CUT the vege into PIECES.


Then,we fried the vege. Well,vege is kinda simple as it takes just a while.
